If you are wondering abut the menu, the Grilled Cheese truck offers “Plain and Simple Melts” and “Cheesy Mac and Rib” to “Bayou Melts” and “Dessert Melts.” The Coolhaus offers handmade, uniquely flavored gourmet ice cream sandwiches with edible wrappers. The selection includes innovative flavors such as Strawberry Jalapeno, Wasabi, Mango Sticky Rice and Olive Oil with Rosemary.

I think Nissan really found a niche with the food trucks; they are super popular here in L.A We've got all sorts of trucks here; lobster truck, grilled cheese, even gourmet with sliders etc. The NV's are so customizable which makes them ideal for food truck usage.
